System & Organizational Consultation

Solis Wellbeing provides system and organizational consultation to help senior leaders strengthen mental health, safety, and wellbeing across their organizations.
 

I bring firsthand experience from senior leadership within an Ontario school board, where I served as Mental Health Lead and Senior Manager of Mental Health Services. I have led system wide mental health initiatives, supported specialized teams, and navigated the complexities of organizational change. I have also contributed to provincial initiatives through School Mental Health Ontario, work that shaped how I approach sustainable, effective system level implementation.

I've partnered with leadership teams across education, health, and community sectors to build systems that are clear, coordinated, and built to last. That includes everyday service delivery, how a team responds when concerns become complex or high risk, and the wellbeing of the staff doing the work.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the realities organizations face. The focus is always on creating clear, sustainable systems that strengthen teams and improve outcomes for the people and communities they serve.

Collaborative Leadership & Cross-Sector Partnerships

Through my role in senior leadership within an Ontario school board, I have built strong collaborative relationships with leadership teams across multiple sectors: education, healthcare, community mental health, child and youth services, and broader community agencies. These partnerships supported coordinated, system wide approaches to mental health and wellbeing.

This work strengthened my ability to navigate complex systems, align priorities across organizations, and support collaborative planning and implementation. I have worked alongside senior leaders to develop shared strategies, improve service pathways, enhance communication between organizations, and support integrated approaches to care.

​

This same cross-sector network underpins my work today, supporting organizations to strengthen their own interagency partnerships and coordinated response processes. That includes how schools, mental health providers, police, and community agencies work together on complex and high-risk concerns.
